Privacy policy

What we collect

• Nickname, email address and password if you set one (the password is stored only as a hash).
• If you sign in with Google or Yandex — the name and email address the service passes to us. We never see your password for those services.
• IP address and browser data — to protect against fraud and password guessing.
• History of deals, messages and financial operations — for escrow and dispute resolution.
• The crypto wallet address you provide when withdrawing.

Why we use it

• to run your account, deals and payouts;
• to resolve disputes and complaints;
• to protect users from fraud;
• to notify you about orders and messages (can be turned off in settings).

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required by law. The content of chats may be reviewed by a staff member while handling a dispute or a complaint.

Storage and protection

Passwords are stored as an irreversible hash and sensitive data is encrypted. Data is kept while the account exists, and afterwards only to the extent required for financial reporting and for resolving possible claims.

Your rights

You can change your data in profile settings or request account deletion through support. Deletion is not possible while you have active orders, disputes or withdrawal requests.

Cookies

We use cookies only to run the session, remember your login and your chosen theme. There are no advertising trackers on the marketplace.
