How a deal works on RMTGG

The marketplace acts as escrow: the buyer’s money is held and released to the seller only after receipt is confirmed.

1
Top up the balance

The balance is topped up in USDT (TRC20). The system gives an address and an exact amount with a unique tail — the payment is matched automatically.

2
Order payment

The amount is taken from the balance and frozen. The seller sees the order but cannot get the money yet.

3
Delivery

The seller hands over the item and marks the order delivered. All communication stays in the marketplace chat, which also serves as evidence in a dispute.

4
Confirmation and payout

The buyer confirms receipt and the money goes to the seller. If they stay silent, the order closes automatically on the section timer.

What to do if something goes wrong

First write to the other side in the order chat — most situations are solved there. If you cannot agree, open a dispute: a staff member joins the chat, reviews the conversation and decides — full refund, partial refund or rejection.

Why you should not pay directly

A deal outside the marketplace leaves you without escrow: the money goes directly and cannot be recovered. The rules forbid exchanging contacts and taking deals off-site — the account gets banned for it.

What it costs

The buyer pays exactly the price shown on the listing — no markup at checkout. The marketplace fee is paid by the seller: it is deducted from the payout once the deal is closed. A withdrawal fee is charged separately. Details are on the page “Fees and payouts”.

Frequent questions

What if the seller does not deliver?
The money stays with the marketplace until you confirm. If the goods never arrive, open a dispute — arbitration will study the chat and return the funds to your balance. The seller gets nothing until you confirm the order.
How do I top up my balance?
The balance is topped up in USDT on the TRC20 network. Enter the amount in your dashboard — the marketplace gives you an address and an exact transfer amount with a unique "tail" that identifies the payment automatically.
How long do seller payouts take?
Once an order closes, the money lands on your internal balance immediately. You request a withdrawal to your own wallet yourself: the request goes through a check and a 48-hour hold, then the funds are sent in USDT TRC20.
What fee does the marketplace charge?
The buyer pays exactly the price shown on the listing — nothing is added at checkout. The marketplace fee is paid by the seller: 1% is withheld from the payout once the deal is closed. A withdrawal fee is charged separately: 5%, minimum 2 USDT.
Can I deal with the seller directly?
No. Exchanging contacts and dealing outside the marketplace is against the rules: without escrow you lose all protection, and the offender's account is banned.
What if I did not confirm the order in time?
The order closes automatically in the seller's favour once the inspection period expires — each section has its own: from 24 hours for currency to 7 days for accounts. If the goods never arrived, open a dispute before the period ends.
