How to top up your balance in USDT TRC20

How it works

In your dashboard press "Top up" and enter the amount. The marketplace gives you a wallet address and an exact transfer amount — for example, 50.0473 USDT. The "tail" in the last digits is the identifier of your payment.

Important

• transfer exactly the amount the system showed you;
• use the TRC20 network only — a transfer in any other network will be lost;
• the invoice is valid for a limited time; if you missed it, create a new one;
• the amount actually received is what gets credited.

If the money has not arrived

Wait for network confirmations. If more than 30 minutes have passed, write to support and attach the TXID of the transfer: the payment will be credited manually.
