How to withdraw funds and how long it takes

Conditions

• minimum withdrawal — 10 USDT;
• fee — 3%, minimum 2 USDT;
• network — TRC20 only;
• the email in your profile must be confirmed.

Timing

Once the request is submitted, the funds leave your balance and are held for 48 hours. That is a safeguard: if your account was hacked, you have time to contact support. After the hold the request reaches an administrator, who sends the transfer manually and enters the TXID — it appears in your operation history.

Cancelling

While the request has not been sent, you can cancel it in your wallet history — the money returns to your balance instantly.

When a payout may be delayed

If fraud is suspected, if there are open disputes on your sales or if buyers have complained, the payout is paused until the check is complete.
